How do I improve the quality of live streaming video from any website? For instance, watching the Smithsonian Panda Cam constantly shows buffering with very little play and when it does it is not a clear quality, pixely, I call it. Is there a way to improve this by adjusting the settings in the phone or is this just the way it is? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
