cant unlock bootloader htc626s . so i cant root it. or complete the rooting process.

What method are you using to try and unlock the bootloader ?
The htcdev method is the only one that im familiar with. I find people tend to get hung up on the indentifier token part of the process . if thats wherr youre stuck let me know and i can walk you through the steps.
