HTC Amaze 4g help

Hi there,
I've had my amaze for several months now, and I love it.. right now i'm a little (actually quite) sad.. the bottom four options (home, settings, back and search) aren't responding. I don't want to go to tmobile to figure this out.. I'm hoping there might be an easy solution? Does anyone have one?

Glad to have you here, sorry to hear about the issues with your device though

I would suggest trying to perform a hard battery reset by removing the battery, reinserting and restarting the device.

If this doesn't work try a factory reset...if you do not want all your data wiped try going to T-Mobile.

Seriously, I would strongly suggest you take the phone in for repairs or a replacement. Problems like this one only gets worst.

As suggested in the above post, performing a reset might fix the problem.
