Help HTC Amaze ICS HELP

Hi All,
I bought a T Mobile Amaze phone - I live in Canada so my carrier is Telus.. Anyway the phone has a really old OS and I want to update it to ICS - I would love for someone to help me do this... I don't know how to root a phone yet and i want to update the phone to ICS ASAP...

any help would be really great...

Go to: Settings > About phone > Software updates. If an ICS update is available (should be) you can download and install it.
