You could use HTC Sync to synchronise with Outlook.
If you don't have Outlook, there are other Sync tools available on the Play Store that may help you sync with whatever PIM (Personal Information Manager, i.e. Outlook clone) you have.
If you don't have any PIM on your PC, you could export the contacts to a file on your Internal Storage or SD card then copy that to your PC.
Of course, you could just enable sync'ing with your Google account (if it's not already enabled) which would also allow you to access them from your computer .. so long as it's connected to t'interweb.
