Hello everyone. I have a trip to Bulgaria and I was wondering if I used this app called "whats app" for texting would I get charged for international texting? Also if "yes," would unlocking the phone and using a Bulgarian SIM card and using that app still charge me for international texting. Also does roaming come into the picture ( my dad says that with roaming I would still get charged a lot even if I use the app.)
