HTC Battery Widget

[ral]

I downloaded a nice battery widget from HTC. It is a 1x1 animated widget showing percentage of battery life. When you click it, it pops of this window with more interesting information:

I wanted to ask if this application uses a lot of battery life. No point monitoring my battery if I use more of it.

TIA

Anyone?

[HTCWozz]

No it doesnt, I've been using it for donkeys years and never list a minute of life because of it

[Mitchturbo]

I've got it, seems to be alright on battery drainage.
I recommend it

Thanks all.

Where did you get the widget from, I'm having a spot of bother finding it......

[ral]

I got it from the HTC Hub, which I accessed from the shortcut on a HTC Desire HD.

That'll be the problem then, I have an obsolete "normal" Desire

You can access it through your widget settings on your HTC Desire HD.. like me Battery life is totally unaffected by it.. I like knowing how much juice I'm using each day. I'm noticing a 3% per hour battery drain with all my widgets running and updating.

@Vicdude

There will be a new official Gingerbead ROM for your "obsolete" HYC Desire. Am pretty sure that you will get the newer Sense UI too... hhhmmm, anyway I can extract the file and send it to you (without rooting)?
