Hi people,

I am new to HTC this Year and have landed myself an HTC Legend. Was just wondering if there is anyway of defragging an Android phone? Something similar to Ccleaner and Defraggler?

Would be most grateful of any help!

Phones use solid-state storage, as opposed to mechanical (like a traditional hard drive). You should NEVER defrag solid-state storage. Doing so reduces the life of the storage, and has not benefit in terms of speed of access.

Mean while if you want to clean some temp and cache file check out "SD Maid" app from market which will help you clean few things from SD card.

Otherwise just check SD card files from any file manager and delete which you are very sure is there but you uninstalled the app.
