Help HTC Clock/Weather

Every since I accidentally deleted the clock/weather, the weather never updates unless I either power the phone off or restart. When it is 9:00p.m., it shows its nice and sunny 76 degrees. Its very annoying.

I tried restarting many times. I have powered off/on many times. I even tried dragging/removing many times and still same issue.

This issues has been going on for 5 days and counting.

Since I am new to the android, any advice/suggestion would be appreciated.

When you have the clock on the screen and tap it and then press menu-settings what is the update schedule set at?

A couple of things to try.

1) Open the weather app (either by tapping the widget on the homescreen or through the app drawer). Then Menu>Settings and make sure Update automatically is ticked. Also select the frequency that you want it to update.

2) From homescreen, Menu>Settings>Accounts & Sync>Weather, tick Sync weather and Update when opened.

Hope that helps.

The update schedule is every 1 hour. Also, it is checked for update when opened and checked at update automatically.

And to answer sharksfan7 questions, it is checked at sync weather.
