I assume that you've unlocked using HTCdev.com.

Did you do that via a fastboot flash or an app? (Fastboot flash is better.)

Did you use the right version of CWM for your phone?

Did you check the md5 checksum of the download? The correct value is usually given by the dev at the download page. If you're on Windows and need a tool for that we have one here -

Ensure that you're not on a USB 3 port, verify your version and checksum and try again.

This could easily be just a bad flash and easily recovered.

I didnt use fastboot. I used an app called Rashr Flash Tool .

App based recovery flashing is more convenient - until it fails.

Has happened to me too.

Fastboot flashing is usually pretty easy.

Download the Mini-SDK I linked earlier, unzip to c:\sdk-tools

Download your correct version of CWM, if there are two versions, get the IMG file. Put it into c:\sdk-tools folder.

Run the checksum tool as described in the Mini-SDK post to ensure that you have a good download.

Boot into your bootloader - power off, hold volume down, tap power on, hold volume down until you see text.

Navigate to FASTBOOT. Plug your phone into usb.

Open a command window. In it say -

cd \sdk-tools

(Mind the space after the cd above.)

(Next, test the connection)

adb devices

(Don't proceed until you have a response from your phone - if none, it's likely a driver issue. Usually installing HTC Sync is enough.)

fastboot flash recovery full-name-of-CWM-file

And put in the name of the recovery file, don't type that as is ok.

For specific version help please post in the Desire 310 All Things Root subforum - sorry you're bootlooping but it's Christmas so you may have to wait for more help.

I'll monitor this best I can today to help where I can but - Christmas ok.

Above all, don't panic and try things out of frustration.

If you get your pc talking ok to your phone and a good download of CWM, a fastboot flash will get you square in no time.

You had to have fastboot working to HTCdev.com unlock so I think you're probably pretty far along on the connection part anyway.

Hope this helps!

But i cant get into the recovery-mode. i tried everything

Can you still boot normally?

If so, do you have fastboot off (unchecked) in your power settings?

If all else fails, from a normal running mode with USB debugging enabled, go to a command window in \sdk-tools and say -

adb reboot bootloader

No when i boot it HTC comes everytime :(.
i cant use it.

OK so after "adb devices" it returned an empty list of devices - so the phone is not connecting to Windows.

Do you have usb debugging on?

Did you unlock your bootloader with HTCdev.com?

i cant connect it because it is going on and off.
I cant do anything.
I didnt unlock my bootloader.

That was dumb of me, I'm sorry - yes, obviously you're bootlooping.

If you didn't run some s-off tool like Sunshine successfully to get s-off and if you didn't unlock your bootloader using HTCdev.com - then nothing should have allowed you to tamper with your recovery or any other protected partition.

If you can not turn it off and get to the bootloader by holding power down while turning power back on, your phone is done.

Your best bet now is to get it in for service.
