HTC Desire 500 boot loop

hi,

I have a desire 500 with simlock to Austrian Provider A1.
I did never root or flash my phone in the past.

The problem: I start my phone and it freezes at the green HTC Logo. I can't start it any more.

Bootloader Menu shows:

I tried a factory reset, but without success.
The sim card was destroyed since it loops. ( i could not put the sim in another phone to work).

my tries:

fastboot with htcdev unlock:
i can unlock till the screen shows wheter to unlock or reboot. If I try unlock with the volume + - keys it vibrates 7 times, and nothing other happens.
I can move with the volume buttons again.

Hey I got the exact same problem today when I tried opening my contacts without the phone charging or w/e and it won't start now when I put it into the computer with a USB it starts to charge but it isn't on the computer and the red light flashes.When I try to start it it vibrates 7 times and stays on HTC screen I've stayed there alot of time and nothing has happened.I can only restart it when I pull the batter out and it doesn't let me actually factory reset when im @ the menu with the 3 androids and I click Factory Reset I get those options : Bootloader,Reboot,Reboot Bootloader and Power Down can provide any additional info if needed...
