Help HTC desire 510 stuck on white HTC boot up screen

please somebody I need help my htc is stuck on the booting screen I tried going too the Hboot menu screen and factory reset that was no help tried the recovery option a red triangle came up don't know if that's good or bad I don't know what else to do

The red triangle is the stock recovery. When you see that hold the Up volume button and press the Power button, that should take you into the recovery. Then just choose to reboot and see if that works and/or try what EarlyMon said.
 
I think the question that everyone should be asking is if you installed a custom recovery. If so, then tell us what type (CWM, TWRP, etc...) (TWRP would be the one that I can help with)
 
So I've run in to the same problem I tried removing my Sim card and SD card didn't help also getting the red triangle and exclamation mark called HTC was told to do the ruu thing to update the software using a computer not looking forward to doing that since I'm a little green when it comes to these things and don't really know how and have never done it...so just been trolling the site's to see what I can come up with anyway idk... HELP!!! haha thanks...
