New to this and hoping for some help.
In the last eight monthes my desktop was hacked. I'm not knowlegdable on these things so excuse my possible incorrect terminology. My computers memory quickly began filling up with iTunes and Apple files as well as unusual Microsoft files. Shortly afterward I began to see files associated to my Samsung galaxy phone. I replaced everything. From modem to new phone. Admin rights on my computer were modified so I couldn't do much and my phone was having behaviours of spyware when I got rid of everything. Now it seems it's starting all over and I am seeing suspicious looking files in the ect folder on my HTC and Microsoft had installed database warehouse, IMB infroMIX, and Microsoft Compaq. Any info would be appreciated. I've exhausted my wallet and mind still not sure if I'm secure. Thanks for any help.
