Help HTC Desire 820 won't turn on or charge!

Guys, i had the same problem.. My phone just deid.. it wont turn on or cannot be charged. It was only 14 months old that i bought my phone, It was day before yesterday around 9:30 pm it all started . But thanks to this Forum and Jamjamjamm for ur information. After day and half, i charged my phone and it automatically turned on and its all working good... i dont know i was lucky or not, but try to be patience for a day or two and charge the phone... or u might just got lucky too.. Thank you

I am really not surprised by looking many comments, sugestions, helps on the same topic for this so call HTC device as the problem seems to be a manufacturing defect (in my opinion).

Unfortunately, the same problem i am going through with on same model HTC desire 820 dual sim. The phone was 97% charged and suddenly became black as if the phone was dead. Later on i tried charging it with a charger, however failed to charge as the orange light was steady for about 3 seconds and then started to blink. I didn't tried any of the suggestions above as i handed over my phone to the technician which i would say i have the only option to do so. Today i been through this forum and found i am not the only victim of being cheated besides there are many down the line. If anyone could suggest better option would be appreciated. But this machine sucks!
 
guys i hope u read this cuz i had the same problem and i think i got lucky with the solution...i was using my HTC desire 820g before i sleep and then put it next to me and slept..then when i woke up i pressed the lock button to see the clock but the screen didnt light or show anything..i thought as u did that it was out of charge so i plugged it in and the LED light didnt give me anything at all unlike some people that there LED light blinked in organe or red i dunno so i reviewed this site and found the solution here and thats what i did and hope it works for u as well...
1-i read that solution which u hold all three buttons together and wait and thats what i think the pattern is..hold the volume up button then volume down then power all together (use both hands its ok :D)
2-wait for abit iam not sure how long but for me it took about a minute or 50 seconds till it worked
3-this will give ya a boot screen with an android lying on the ground with its belly open XD XD
4-wait abit about 20 seconds or more then it will give ya some options
5-options like backup or wipe out data(factory reset)or reboot device which i chose in fact and waited for 2 mintues until me device was back on and worked fine untill now ( i tried it about 30 minutes ago and its good so far)
just remember before this PLUG UR PHONE INTO THE CHARGER AND DO IT
lemme know and sorry if i cant tag people in the article cuz this is the first time i have ever done this but thought i can help atleast some of ya thank u all ...
