HTC Desire. App2SD. Not Working??

[cjc156]

Folks

I have App2SD on my HTC Desire. When I download an app it notifies me that the app can be moved to the SD card. However after doing this the aamount of phone storage is exactly the same as beforehand. So the app is telling me the new app can be moved, I am moving it, but it does not seem to free up any of the phone's internal storage. Any thoughts?

cheers

You car better off posting this in Desire forum section. I'll leave this post here anyway so that you can still see it.

I'm assuming that you are using the Android v2.2 App2SD feature with one of the App2SD apps available from Market. Typically, such an app has 3 tabs: Internal, SD card, and Phone Only. The task is to move everything that is in Internal to SD card.
Try experimenting with different apps to see if that changes the phone internal storage.

One of the best App2SD I've tried is this one: https://market.android.com/details?id=mobi.infolife.app2sd&feature=related_apps
