Follow along with the video below to see how to install our site as a web app on your home screen.
Note: This feature may not be available in some browsers.
Your options are AlphaRev 1.8 or Revolutionary. Alpharev requires you are already rooted, revolutionary can be used to root the phone. See SUroot's root memory FAQ for more information.
Thank youAnnoyingly I know you're only doing this to use Rom manager. Your transparency amuses me
Good luck anyway. Don't forget to sign up to xda. They like troubleshooting Rom manager issues, unlike us![]()

What do you think?
HTC Desire Bravo with 2.3.3 - can't root. Have tried:
1.Gingerbreak APK - doesn't work
2. Revolutionary - website has no downloads
3. Unrevoked3 - Website has no downloads - even after trawling the net to get them, it hangs on Bootloader drivers (as it does for the thousands of others using it....)
4. Super one click - doesn't work
5. King Root - doesn't work
6. Rescue root - doesn't work
Have followed all the instructions, installed and uninstalled HTC Sync, chosen the right menu options, USB debugging etc, Android USB drivers, Fastboot, ADK tools, terminal commands, formatted SD card, mounted, unmounted, watched hopeful Youtube videos, read blog after blog after blog, and on and on and on and.
Wasted nearly two complete days.
Have decided to just buy as new phone with more space - faster and cheaper option.
God bless you all!
