HTC Desire cracked screen

Hello!
I just cracked my htc desire screen tonight by an accidental fall.
It's relatively new, not more than a month and it the provider is US cellular.
I'm wondering how much it will be to replace the glass.
The phone works FINE with the shattered screen but its kind of sucks having that shattered and it gets little glass in my hand.
Would my warranty cover this damage since its so new?
And does anyone have an estimate on how much it would cost to replace the damaged part if the warranty doesn't cover it?

I'm very sorry to hear of your disaster. I know that the glass screens can be purchased on the net and replaced. Just how difficult the procedure and extensive the cost... I have no idea. If you took out insurance on the device it's likely covered. You might try asking in the sub forum for your device. It is here:
