Help HTC Desire data transfer help

Hi. I am having issues with trying to transfer all data from my HTC Desire G7 to HTC Sensation including my photos, messages, calendar, notes. Because it is an old phone the HTC data transfer app won't work so have no other ideas as to how to do this. My Desire is now on it's last legs as it keeps turning off every 20 mins so need to transfer data and start using sensation. Thanks in advance.

My Phone Explorer could be what you are looking for. It works well for me but make sure you have USB debugging enabled

You could also try mybackup (pro version) to back it all up to your sd card.
