HTC desire HD - superbox

hope you are all well.

ok question and assistance required.

I've installed an app called Superbox, which does a scan for 'High Risk Services' and some of the apps come up with a notification saying 'can directly call phone numbers' or send SMS messages.

Now my question is, does that mean i have to take these apps off. has anyone had indescrimiate texts being sent or calls made.

can anyone comment on this.
these are apps like Go Launcer Ex, Whats app, etc

I think these are all things that these apps can do, not necessarily without your permission, just they have the ability to do it.
