HTC Desire not compatable

[Balmyarmy]

First time post.

I have had my HTC Desire for about 12 months, and it's fair to say I really only iuse it for msging, making phone calls, and browsing the net. There is a new App that is out called 1116SEN which I want to put on my phone. I have tried to download it using internet explorer as it's not in the Market on my phone. When it tries to download it says pair device is not compatable.

Firstly, how come the app wouldn't be in the Market? And secondly, how come a 12 month old phone is not compatable. Is there an update or something I need to install?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

If an app isn't considered compatible with you phone due to some filter, it won't show up on the Android Market for you. This is to prevent people from buying an incompatible app, or down-rating a good app that just isn't compatible.

As for why it's not compatible, there could be a variety of reasons, but it's likely just an issue with the developer, because the app looks very simplistic. Since it's not a paid app, here's a direct link to the APK:
1116 SEN - Android

Simply download it. You will need a file manager from the Android Market (Astro, ES File Explorer) to install it. If it works, then great, but no guarantees that it will.

Thanks for your time. Unfortunately it now comes up with a slot machine feature and tells me I need "an Android device with Bundled Android Market App to download". What's that?
