Hi their Im after some advice. Recently my htc desire was slightly water damaged and ever since I've experienced problems with the power button! The phone switches on and works fine but when i briefly press the on/off switch to activate the screen lock the phone just switches completely off. The same problem also occurs if i let the phone timeout and automatically lock the phone (i.e it just powers off). I would be grateful if anybody had Any ideas what could be causing such behaviour and how this problem could be resolved. Many thanks.
