Thanks anoniemouse. If you look at the htc hero site here there are more features such as a list of roms on the sidebar and each rom has its own page. I have only just relaunched that site so I am still adding features and content.
 
I notice that at your index(Android-Roms), you have only listed the Hero, and not the Desire...

Also what would be nice about sorting the ROMs(from looking at the Hero page) would be to split them into two sections, one for Sense and one for Vanilla. Alphabetising the ROMs would be nice too :)
 
I will add the desire now to the index. I haven't got round to doing that yet.
I will take on your suggestions of splitting the roms into two sections and putting them into alphabetical order. Thanks for the good ideas! :)
 
Hi danfrance, yes I will categorise the roms by sense / AOSP roms.

I will work hard on adding content and features into the site so it will be complete asap
 
Great. What would be good is a feature matrix. Perhaps you could even get it to work in such a way that we can select a few roms I. That table and compare their matrix entries side by side.
 
Yes that's a good idea. The only problem is the more things I add the more work there is to do because the roms constantly change when they get updated. I could add a basic feature matrix with features that don't change. I would like to add the performance results for each rom but that would be time consuming as I would have to install and test every rom.

That's the main problem I'm having with adding new features. I could add so many cool features but I would have to constantly update them and collecting the updates and posting them takes quite a while every day as it is.
 
Yep, I completely agree. In fact I thought that after I posted it. But good work anyway, please keep it up. A lot of members here do ask for sites that offer what you are starting.
 
Great, I am now keeping the desire roms up to date and will continue to keep them up to date so it is ready to use now, it will just get better over time!
 
I think maybe it is a bit messy? Bit too much info all at once. Maybe There could be titles for "change log" for example, which when clicked, expands or opens in a new window / frame?
 
@danfrance I can put the change log information in an excerpt for each post so it doesn't look so messy and it is easy to find the info about what has updated.

I have started making excerpts for each rom. Go on the website and see if you prefer that.
