N notebook Android Enthusiast Dec 8, 2011 #2 If you can't access your phone at all because the touch screen won't respond, first try a soft reset - Power off phone > Remove battery for 30 seconds > Replace battery and power on. If that doesn't work, the only other thing I can think of is a factory reset, which will delete all your personal data and downloaded apps.
