Root Htc desire sdcard not mounting

Hi guys, my htc desire wont mount evening in recovery and unable to backup original OS after ROM fail to work.
it keep waning as E;sdcars wont mount/dev/
pls i need help to solve this problem.thanx for helping

Hi sirpaa, and welcome to AF

It may be that you have got a "usb brick". There's a guide to fixing these that might help.

If by any chance you are using 4Ext recovery there is a "usb brick fix" option in the recovery menu, which would be the simplest solution.
