Hi all
Last night my phone kept having a few "forced closes" with facebook and internet explorer so I tried turning my phone on and off.
However when it came back on, it would not go past the Telstra bootup screen. It constantly loops on this screen and doesn't go any further.
I've tried taking the battery out numerous times with no luck. I've also tried doing a factory reset (by pressing the volume and power buttons) however there is no option in here to factory reset like the screenshots I've seen. The only options are:
- FASTBOOT
- RECOVERY
- CLEAR STORAGE
- SIMLOCK
Does anyone know of any other options I can try? I'm going to take it back to Telstra tonight but as it's over 12 months old I'm sure it'll cost me an arm and a leg to be replaced. Sigh!
