HTC Dialer Issue

When I go into my contacts or call log, or even input a number to call from Dial pad, once I hit the green phone to start the call my phone will no dial out immediatley. Sometimes it take up to 5 minutes for my phone to dial out. Also every once in a while I get an error about HTC Dialer and have to click on force close. Any ideas?
