Hey guys, hoping someone can help me...my droid dna just stopped working - it loads to the white HTC screen but than shuts itself off and repeats the same behavior - it never actually loads the phone. I've been able to get into the boot menu, but choosing the recovery option does nothing...it just cycles back to the white HTC screen.
Is there anyway at all to get the phone connected to a pc so i can at least transfer off my photo's and videos from the phone that were not backed up?? I know if a laptop died, for example, you can still connect the hard drive to another device and usually access your files....is there a way to do that with the phone?? so far when i plug it into my pc, it doesn't recognize the phone....
if anyone could help, it would mean the world to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
