HTC Eris lockscreen wallpaper?

I know I've changed my lockscreen wallpaper before but for some reason now when I go back to try and change it again it won't work.

Let me rephrase that...

I start at my homescreen, hit my menu button, select wallpaper, select lockscreen, and instead of giving me an option to use a pre-saved wallpaper or a photo from my album, it just drops me immediately into my photo album....

What gives? Any ideas?

That is how mine works, I think that is normal. The backgrounds I have downloaded from various apps are in albums called All downloads and Featured. There is no option to choose from the "Wallpaper gallery" like when you go to change the Home background. Hope that isn't too confusing!
