Help HTC EVO 3D comparisons vs. the HTC EVO LTE 4G

Has anyone done this comparison yet? If not, does someone mind doing it for me? :D

I've been thinking hard about this and I like playing 3D games, watching 3D movies and taking the occasional 3D photo/vid. So as much as I want to get the LTEVO the 3VO is a great phone device and I'm wondering what I'd be getting for giving up my 3D feature. I know some of the features of the LTEVO, but I haven't seen a comprehensive comparison between the two devices.

Mods please delete of move if there is a thread for this already.

The LTEvo runs faster, lasts longer, has a better camera and screen and will have LTE instead of WiMax.

Out of the box it has Sense 4 and ICS, whereas the 3vo ICS update will take you to Sense 3.6.

Ummm... all you need to know is:

Funny....still I don't view the 3VO as old and busted. It's still pretty robust and might not be as fast the LTEVO, but I'm not trying to solve algorithims with my phone, lol.

Here is the Sprint website comparison. The operating systems will be the same as of June when ICS update is released. The 3VO's battery is removable. The LTEVO has the kickstand(I solved this problem with a case on the 3VO). Dimensions are very similar, but the bigger screen is intriguing. I do like the weight and memory upgrades. Still I'm just not sure what to do. It will hurt to put the 3VO away......

You do realize Wimax will be obsolete in a year or so. This alone would make me want to move forward to a device that will be running on the future frequency.

@falcon,

you clearly are not ready for the LTE 4G. you seem to be just satisfied with the htc evo 3D and that is completely fine!
--
curious as to why you would want people to try and poke holes in your satisfaction with the device you currently use. there are many many (1000's) of people who will NOT UPGRADE to the LTE now, for whatever reason.
--
i think the 3D is just a great device. Sprint are leaving wimax but it will be around through 2014 at least and you will definitely upgrade your device well before you feel the sting of wimax shutting off, so i see no reason for you to upgrade to the LTE now.
--
whats funny for me is i have not even used the 3D on this phone at all. ive barely made 50 calls on this device since launch day last year. the screen is also a major plus for me.. larger screen on the LTE is really important for my tired eyes, so i have no emotional attachment to the evo 3D. the LTE is a major upgrade and it has other features that set it apart (ICS and sense 4 and the upgraded bluetooth which offers higher bandwidth, among the specs, screen, etc..)
--
in closing, you are not ready for it in my opinion. the specs are not crackin' your tractor :driver: so to speak.
--
what i recommend is wait for real world users to review the device and read what they have to say. those are always better than controlled pro reviews. maybe THEN it may sway your vote... :D

Yeah I realize this, but Wiimax will be around long enough for the next EVO in a year or so.

I think you are right, but I'm still intrigued by it. Just feel like a glutton spending to get it when I have a great device already, lol. I think I'm going to wait to see how effective the LTE roll out is. That would be the one thing that could sway me. If it's implemented and executed like WiiMax I will prolly just stay put. If it's impelemented like everyone is hoping, with good building penetration and not so many holes within the metro area I think I'll move on.

this might help too.
