Hey, I have an htc evo 4g 2.3.5 that I've been trying to root to no avail. I tried everything that I can think of and have done some research. I tried the unrevoked reflash several times, but it keeps saying asking is my firmware too new. I am new to this so any help that you can offer will be greatly appreciated.
These are all the steps that I have taken so far:
I uninstalled htc sync, put it on debugging, charge only, tried it with and without fast boot on, and I set it to factory reset twice. It still says the same thing. Error...blah blah blah. Please help.
