HTC EVO 4g lte bluetooth problems

[HTC question]

My HTC evo 4g lte will not locate any of my bluetooth devices specifically my Jam plus speaker. Tried searching for it and it continues to say there are no bluetooth devices. I have tried a softreset a hard reset as well as forcing the app to stop and clearing all data and catche at this point im pretty much done with android and htc. Have had nothing but problems since i got this phone and at this point im ready to switch to either apple or the microsoft phone cuz this is stupid. At first i thought it was the speaker but my brother has and iphone 4 and had no problem finding it and connecting to it.




Update:
I have been able to connect to it once and minutes later it dissconnected and since it still doesnt find any bluetooth device.
