Thank you

The phone is a SPRINT HTC EVO 3D phone, they're even selling it with the SPRINT branding still on the front of the phone. Do you think sprint will take all the phones they have and spend more money to send them back to be re-manufactured into single core phones?!

I highly doubt that. The one for Boost was always a single core. The one for Virgin, it'll have to keep the dual. The 3D function needs that sort of processor.

I doubt they changed much but the branding and software. We'll see any changes (if there are any) in the next batch of phones.

I'm still wondering if mine will be a Sprint one with VM software, or a branded VM one.

@septembersrain, since you preordered through the Shack I think it will be Sprint branded. From what I can piece together ALL Htc phones have been held up at the docks, customs made no distinction. Hence the delayed rollouts for Sprint's Evo 4g LTE and Boost's Evo. Pretty sure they went with plan "B" and shipped the Sprint branded phones to Radio Shack to fulfill that contract. All the orders from the VM website are currently back ordered till next week which fits because the ITC just allowed customs to release the phones on Thursday. So the ones direct from Virgin will probably have their branding, which is just a logo on the back cover. Also if such things matter you can always wait till the dust settles and return the Sprint branded version while keeping the back cover to make an unbranded phone. ;-)

i wondering to add money to my debit card and buy it from vm or to look around store before work..
As I stated above, all VM website orders have been backordered until next week so if you can find it locally.
