Thank you for checking out my thread!
Basically here is the situation my roommate and I are in. She currently has the Virgin Mobile HTC EVO V. Her boyfriend has the Sprint HTC EVO 3D and decided to root her phone as well. He said the two phones are the same, and so I assume he went through the same steps he did for his phone. Well, something evidently went wrong and the phone initially booted straight into bootloader mode. I have since installed recovery, and tried factory resetting. I guess we have some sort of progress bc now the phone will boot to the white HTC screen but get stuck there.
Any of you guys have this happen to you? If so, what did you do to fix this problem? I have been googling this issue and have kinda figured that I can just flash the stock RUU zip file and be back to factory? My problem is that I dont know the proper RUU to download.
If anyone can please help me out, we would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks again in advance to anyone who can chime in with some insight
Thanks
