Help HTC Flyer Apps

Hi there

I've had my flyer for some time. When I got it, it I managed to install Whatsapp Messenger. After I installed the OTA software upgrade, whatsapp messenger does not wanna install! My brother just got the 7" Galaxy tab, and it has whatsapp.

Why can't the flyer see some of the apps and games in the market?
