Help HTC HD2 dead!

I write here because I am desperate already. I have HD2 and tried to flash WM6.5 to Android ICS.
I followed instructions: First HSPL2 (2.08)

Hello rosomaaack. Welcome to Android Forums. I hope someone familiar with a root process for your phone will step up with some suggestions. I see that we don't have a specific root area for your phone... the support may be limited I'm afraid. I personally know nothing that will help you... quite sorry about that. Please send me a private message in a day or so if you don't get some help and I'll move your thread into a different area that has some potential for help.
