1.How can I install Android
There is a sticky in this forum that has all of the information that you need to do this -- but if you just want the skinny then check out my reply in this thread:

2. If I install Android how smothly will it run.
Very smoothly! The HD2 has some impressive hardware in it. I installed the "prj clean Desire" ROM on a friend's phone and it is amazingly responsive. You can get the ROM here:
[12 JAN] prj Clean Desire v0.3.2 [Kernel: prj v0.4] - xda-developers
There are Gingerbread builds out there that run really well too. Search youtube for HD2 NAND Android and you can see all kinds of videos to see how responsive it is.
3.Sorry I now this is a really noob question but if my HTC HD2 is running android will I get acess to the android market.
Absolutely!
4.If I buy HTC HD2 with Android installed and it doesnt work out can I set it back to mobile 6.5
You sure can. You have to get the installer from T-Mobile's web site (which requires you to enter your IMEI number before you can download it):

It looks like you're in the US since you're asking about Pure Talk. If that is the case then do NOT download a non-US ROM and flash that as the radio version might be incompatible with your phone and brick the device. I believe those outside the US can download the ROM from HTC's web site.
5.Can I put in a Pure talk SIM card
I have no idea. It depends on what you mean by unlocked. Do you mean that the bootloader is unlocked (which allows you to flash unsigned ROMs like Android ROMS) or that the phone is unlocked to allow it to work on any carrier? If it's the latter then I don't see why it wouldn't work but I can't guarantee anything. I have never heard of Pure Talk until just now.
Good luck! Like I said in my other post, the Android process sounds daunting when you read guides but if you just install 2.08HSPL, flash the radio to 2.15.50.14, and then install MAGLDR 1.13 -- flashing Android at that point is a snap.
Post back with updates if you wind up buying it!
