can somone tell my what the diffrence are?
is this a Os versiono its another phone?

Both Hero phones use the same exact interface, the only differences are the phone it's self. The UK version has that chin while the US version has a curved base. It's all a matter of opinion of what phone you like better.

and the specs are the same ?

The specs are essentially the exact same. The Sprint Hero is CDMA while the European Hero is GSM. Also, because CDMA uses more power than GSM, the battery in the Sprint Hero is slightly larger than the European version (1500mAh vs 1350mAh).
