HTC Hero - phone calls

Hi... new owner of HTC hero.... unblocked Orange Hero (UK) and generally ok but 1) Can't always take a call unless on speakerphone - ie I can't be heard when making a call or receiving a call, unless I switch to speaker. (not every time but more often than not) 2) Wifi etc ok, and receiving e-mails ok but won't connect to my pc for photos transfer?

Any ideas Please?

suggestion.. take it back to seller.. get it replaced.

thanks Dan, but I didn't buy it!... it was surplus to requirements and given to me but tied to Orange... I had it unblocked by a 'backstreet' mobile shop and now has my Vodaphone sim in it.... maybe the unblocking software has left a bug

Dont know what to tell you....

hhhhmmm... have u tried a hard reset?? It will wipe all and put the phone back to default.
Not sure if this will miss up your "unblock" and service, you might want to ask the backstreet shop.
