You can go into the app management screens, scroll to TouchfFlo and then "clear defaults", then when you press "Home" it'll ask you if you want to use TouchFlo or Home (the standard android home app), and give you the opportunity to choose one of them as the default. You can then use Home.
TouchFlo is quite nice but it's got graphical fripperies that can get annoying, e.g. when you scroll from one screen to the next it does a little overshoot and scroll back for effect, pretty but rather irritating as I find myself stabbing at my target icon while it's still messing about and it gets confused. If it wasn't for the 3-screen limit on the standard android home app, and me not having installed some replacements for the (few) HTC widgets I'm using, I'd switch to standard Android Home. You can't use HTC widgest in android home.
