Help HTC Hub anyone get it to work?

Every time I just to use HTC Hub I get the following message "unable to connect to htc sense server. please try again later"

I tried to delete the account via sync and re-do it again, nothing. Then I heard HTC is closing down the hub or has?

How do you do that on a stock phone? Just disable it?

Yeah, being a system app, you have to have root to delete it.

I like some of the skins. A few change the color of the notification tray, and "Chinese New Year" + "Valentines Day" also color the dock, or the color of the screen behind pattern unlock. You can get to them without the HTC Hub too though.
