Help HTC Incredible 2 Boot Loop after hard reset Help!!!!

I recently did a hard reset on my HTC Incredible 2, now its stuck in a boot loop, I also can not access Hboot by holding the power button and down volume on boot.

Do I have any options? Is there anyway to reinstall the factory rom or can I root the phone to fix this? The phone is completely factory now it's never been rooted.

Thanks for the suggestion! Will this work if I can't access the bootloader? My phone totally ignores pressing the power button and volume down. Or am I thinking of the wrong thing?

When I plug in the charger or remove the phone from the charger it reboots for as much as 30 minutes. It never gets to the HTC Quietly Brilliant screen before it boots again.

I have found a fix for me. Works 100% of the time. Found it by accident. I have been using a holder purchased from Verizon for 2 years with no problem. Now, as of 2 weeks ago, when the phone is in the holder it reboots. If I remove the phone from the case it works 100% of the time.

I have even tried laying the phone on top of the case, without putting it in the case, and plug in the charger and it reboots again. Move the phone away from the case and it comes up normally.
