Help HTC Incredible Camera Quality Problem

Hi All,

I love my HTC Incredible, but I've compared my Incredible to my friend's Incredible. The camera quality is TOTALLY different. We set both phones on the same setting. His picture is crisp and can take detail quality picture without any flickering or noise problem, but mine totally craps out.

I called Verizon for a replacement, but it is still not perfect as my friend's.

Did anyone of you have the same problem? Or know this problem?

Have you checked to make sure that there are no smudges on the lens cover? I have noticed that if there are any smudges on lens housing the pictures are not as clear.
