Help HTC Incredible S - Network problem

Hi guys, I have small network (signal) problem.
When I talk with somebody they can't hear me good, but I hear them nice.
A lot of people complained that connection is snapping.
When I put WCDMA I have weaker signal, on GSM only is good but internet sucks... In both ways people can't hear me...
What do you think the problem is? And are there any solutions?

Does the problem happen only at home or on the road too? Does it seem to change with your position relative to the cell tower? If not, I'd suspect the phone and not the service.
 
When I'm on GSM only I have always full signal, no matter where I am, but sometimes people can't hear me good. But on WCDMA only, I have no signal at all on some places. So, can network coverage be a problem?
I should send email to my provider... But I think they will f*** me off :)
 
guys i have htc incredible s from Verizon its unlocked already but now i want to use ice cream sandwich on it, but me getting error "network in not available" on software update. although the phone is connected by strong signals of wifi. please advice how to upgrade to ice cream?
