HTC Inspire 4G

A leaked ad shows the HTC Inspire 4G. The 4G looks like it will be HSPA+ but if T-Mobile can do it, I suppose AT&T might as well claim it. Looks like it will most likely have a 4.3" screen with sense so that will make it amazing. The only thing that would make me not purchase this would be whether or not it is going to be a dual-core phone. The Motorola Olympus looks good (minus Motoblur) so this will be tough decision. I have been waiting for well over a year for a good Android phone and I thought the Olympus might be it but now the decision looks a bit more complicated.

Cool for those of you who stand a chance at ever seeing 4g.

I live in louisiana so by the time I get 4 g the rest of the world will be ready for 5g.

Well, I would still say it is more like 3.5G than 4G. True 4G (even though not by recent rulings) would be LTE or WiMax.

Well the Inspire is already developed so it would make sense that it is the first to be released. Especially with 12 Android devices being launched by AT&T this year, I would expect that the Atrix will soon follow.

i would agree if you click on the learn more on the devices on AT&T website the Inspire has the most videos the atrix only a few and the samsung doesnt have its own page yet. so to me it seems that the inspire and atrix will be released between jan feb

That would be my guess as well. We will probably find out more after Motorola's keynote regarding the release of the Atrix. I don't think I have read anything about a HTC keynote so that might be why there is more information released.

Question: Why does the Thunderbolt 4G get a 1400 mAh battery and the Inspire only gets a 1230 mAh? That seems like a big negative for devices that has a screen that is as battery intensive as these are

Maybe 35 but if it fits and gives you a few more hours a day that's worth it over the month

If you can find a decent price good luck.

Its just hard to find decent prices on batteries.

Then again I'm use to in store prices on batteries.. online is a bit different.

Although it would suck to spend 200$ on a phone just to need a 35$ battery ontop of the case, car charger and everything else you get with a new phone.
