Root Htc inspire cant connect to network..

I have one problem .. After flash phone recognizes the card but i cant connect to network..

What is the problem?
 
Okay what ROM did you flash to your phone because when I flash cm7 onto mine I had to enter a new APN for it because it deleted my stock ones
