Help HTC Jetstream Upgrade

I reset my HTC Jetstream from ATT now it won't connect to and download from playstore. It says "error retrieving information from server,[RPC:S-7:AXC4-CZP4]"
New here so please talk slow.

I would best guess that this is an error on Google's end and should be resolved in a timely fashion.
Since your post, has it resolved itself?

No, my tablet is older it's an HTC Jetstream from ATT giveaway maybe 4 years ago. Android ver 3.1, HTC Sense Ver. 1.1 for tablet, Software number 1.17.502.3 if that helps any.
