Hi there, basically I'm gonna be honest I have no knowledge of what rooting is, or anything like that, all I know is that since the 2.2 update, my phones become increasingly slow, if I could be pointed in the right direction on what I should do it'd be much appreciated, I mean it can't even play angry bird without lag lol,

I have that problem even when rooted if not overclocked. does you phone tell you it has low memory? if so you might want to uninstall some apps. you could try binning background services and live wallpapers and widgets.
with regards to Angry Birds, turn off your internet and wait a second before touching the screen, works a treat
