Yesterday, I turned on easy mode for my HTC one M8. It was awful, so I reverted back to HTC sense home (aka default) but the quick settings won't revert.
Here is how it looks

I tried restarting the phone, editing font size, and switching between "Easy Mode" and "HTC Sense Home" back and forth all to no avail.
Edit:
Fixed it by Settings ->Search "Home Screen" ->Home Screen ->Sense Home
