Help HTC Magic Power Up Problems !

Hey guys,

My HTC Magic wont power on ! ! It gets stuck on the Android screen

Does anyone know how to do a hard reset ? ?
Ive tried power + home but nothing happens

Try pulling the Battery while the power is on ... also pull the SIM card ... wait 4 minutes ...

Reinstall SIM and Battery ..

While holding the MENU key tap the powerOn button ...

Continue to hold the MENU key ...

If all goes well then eventually you should get a SAFE mode boot ... and the words "Safe mode" will appear in faint transparent text in the lower left-hand corner of the screen ....

Then do a regular power shut down .... wait a bit then normal Power On ...

Thanks for the reply I got it sorted!

I was trying to access the boot menu while it was frozen on the Android screen. Needed to completely power down by pulling the battery out before pressing power + home
