Today I started receiving alerts that internal memory was low. After viewing app usage, I found that Mail was using nearly a gigabyte of internal memory. I was a little confused seeing as I only have one email account setup on my Inspire and it's used for business only. Spam is non-existent and I just don't send/receive many emails. The phone has been cleared of pretty much any app I can remove just to be able to text.
I'm running Android 2.3.3. In the app manager, you cannot clear data/cache for Mail. Cache and file cleaners on the Market don't work. The only solution I've seen is a factory reset. ...but I've had the phone less than a month. Am I looking at a hard reset every month from here on out, or has HTC found a solution yet?
